Mission

Mission, values and the 2026 thesis.

Local roots, global builders. Education, integration, innovation, diversity and community.

Objectives

01

Boosting Education

Workshops, hackathons, conferences and meetups dedicated to onboarding and training a new generation of devs and entrepreneurs, especially from universities.

02

Bringing Innovation

We generate measurable impact on people's lives and the blockchain ecosystem by opening space for synergy between devs, entrepreneurs, institutions and enthusiasts.

03

Encourage Collaboration

As a platform, we create a collaborative environment where communities, protocols, institutions and builders share ideas, solve real problems and learn from each other.

Values

Education

Empower the next generation with learning and training opportunities.

Integration

We're multidisciplinary integrators helping builders, startups, communities and institutions reach common goals.

Innovation

We promote creativity and the constant search for effective solutions to real-world problems.

Diversity

We value diverse perspectives, experiences and skills. Inclusion enriches the event and the community.

Community

Every activation has at least one community partner sharing our values. We think first about university students and startups.

The 2026 thesis

Traditional hackathons lost credibility: many hackers don't even know how their own code works. We're tired of the theater.

In 2026 we pair real, revenue-generating companies with top web3 devs, in a single weekend, to ship features that stay in production. We don't reward slides or promises: we reward impact.

The stated goal: at least 70% of participating companies must leave the Incubathon with a useful improvement shipped.

2026 Verticals

Where we expect the highest concentration of useful implementations this year. We look for features that ship to production, not demos.

  1. Micropayments

Instant low value payments. They unlock business models where transaction cost killed the idea before. Pay per use subscriptions, streaming tips, micro access to content.

  2. Compliance

KYC, AML, on chain audit and regulatory compliance. The layer that traditional companies need to adopt blockchain without breaking their legal framework.

  3. Tracking & Production Chain

Traceability of goods, processes and production chains. Vital for tourism (where FONATUR supports), agriculture, manufacturing, logistics and fair trade.

  4. DeFi

Yields, lending, derivatives, stablecoins. The open financial layer of Ethereum, applied to real flows of companies operating today in pesos, dollars and other currencies.

  5. Security

Smart contract audit, OPSEC, privacy as defense. Without this foundation, everything else breaks. Connects directly with the Ethereum Security Day on July 8.

  6. Creators & IP

Tokenizing work, royalties, intellectual property over digital and physical assets. So creators get paid what they earn on every downstream use.
